JOB DESCRIPTION
OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
This role sits within the EMEA Regional Digital Hub, part of Rosewood’s Digital Marketing division. The Regional Digital Hub supports Rosewood’s evolving regional business model by delivering scalable, performance-driven digital marketing services across the region.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, EMEA, you will partner closely with global and regional brand teams, commercial and revenue leaders, property stakeholders, agency partners, and specialist channel teams to deliver integrated, results-focused digital marketing across a portfolio of hotels. Working within a collaborative specialist model, you will help strengthen channel expertise, knowledge-sharing, and commercial performance across the region.
YOUR ROLE
As Manager, Digital Marketing, EMEA, you will be the primary digital marketing lead for a portfolio of hotels enrolled in Rosewood’s Regional Digital Hub services. You will translate commercial priorities into integrated, performance-driven digital marketing plans that drive revenue, demand generation, engagement, and brand consistency.
Acting as the key day-to-day contact for assigned properties, you will coordinate internal specialists, global teams, and agency partners to ensure digital activity is aligned with hotel objectives, performance targets, and delivery timelines. This role combines commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and digital marketing expertise to deliver measurable business results across multiple channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
