In this 14-month fixed-term contract, you'll help ensure product content is translated, optimized and delivered in time to support major product launches across markets. Your work will contribute to better onsite visibility, stronger conversion and more consistent shopper experiences across digital touchpoints.
You'll manage the global translation budget and external vendor relationship while connecting global content production with local market execution.
This role can be based in our Copenhagen Hub or at LEGO Campus in Billund.

Required Qualifications
- Managed localization and translation of high-volume digital product content across multiple markets and languages, ensuring content was accurate and ready to support e-commerce activation and product launches.
- Managed external translation or content vendors against agreed budgets, delivery timelines and quality standards, ensuring reliable content delivery across global and local teams.
- Established and improved digital content workflows covering SEO, keyword optimisation and copy production, helping product content improve onsite visibility, consistency and conversion.
- Managed translation, localization or content production budgets, using cost and vendor performance data to prioritise spend and improve delivery efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied machine translation, translation management systems or AI-enabled localization solutions to improve the speed, scalability or cost-effectiveness of multilingual content production.
- Designed or improved content production workflows connecting global content creation with regional and local market execution across digital commerce channels.
What you'll build
- Reliable delivery of localized product copy and Product Detail Page content across markets and languages, ensuring content is ready to support major product launches and e-commerce activation.
- Strong control of translation budgets, costs and vendor performance, helping improve the efficiency and scalability of global content delivery.
- More visible, consistent and effective shopper-facing product content, supporting SEO performance, onsite discovery and conversion across digital channels.
- New localization approaches using translation technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve the speed and scalability of multilingual content production.
- Stronger ways of working between global content teams, regional e-merchandise teams, agency partners and market stakeholders, connecting global production with effective local execution.
- If you've worked in a role where you've managed localization or multilingual content delivery at scale, coordinated external partners and balanced quality, timing, budgets and business needs, you'll feel at home here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
