Join us to drive the delivery and growth of Deloitte's EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) CFO Programme, one of our flagship executive development initiatives. Since its launch in 2008, the programme has supported more than 2,000 senior finance leaders, building a highly influential network of alumni from some of the region’s largest and most recognised organisations.
This is a highly rewarding role in a collaborative team, helping Deloitte build strong and lasting relationships with some of our most important clients. You'll work closely with CFOs, aspiring CFOs, and Deloitte leaders to deliver exceptional client experiences that support finance leaders at pivotal moments in their careers.

We’re looking for a candidate who excels at project management, senior stakeholder engagement and leading exceptional events for senior clients.
You’ll have significant opportunity to develop your programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and strategic communication skills while building a network across Deloitte and some of the region's most influential finance leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Project management, curriculum design and delivery of our signature client experiences
- Liaise with senior partners to recruit participants and senior board speakers
- Create high-impact communications
- Manage programme budgets, governance, risk and data management processes
- Enhance and grow our network of CFO programme managers across EMEA
- Continuously improve the Programme experience, identifying opportunities to innovate, improve efficiency and increase impact.

Essentials:
- Strong project management with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of creating and delivering high-impact events
- Effective data management, risk management and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and create compelling client-facing content.
- A pro-active team player who is willing to step outside of immediate remit
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Desirables:
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, innovation and programme impact.
- An interest in the challenges facing CFOs, their teams and businesses

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). The recruitment team will provide further details as you progress through the recruitment process, or you can contact the Independence team upon request.
