Job Description

To support the continued growth and expansion of our hotels across the EMEA region, we are looking for an experienced, proactive recruitment professional with strong executive search expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent for General Manager positions across the region. Working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that support current and future leadership hiring needs.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage both internal and external talent pipelines, acting as an advisor to hiring leaders by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored talent solutions. You will lead executive-level search campaigns, strengthen Hilton’s employer brand, and provide a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a passion for identifying and attracting exceptional leadership talent.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively engage with senior stakeholders to gain insight into business needs.
  • Responsiveness and reactiveness with an understanding and sense of urgency and importance for different stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to ensure a best-practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
  • Advise key stakeholders on selection methodologies and practices.

Sourcing And Market Intelligence

  • Provide actionable intelligence on source markets, campaigns, and innovation to improve sources of candidates for key roles, including scarce skills and diverse groups and produce business-oriented management information to inform decisions.
  • Develop, agree, and execute the sourcing strategy with stakeholders for each role.
  • Proactively target, source, and manage candidates.
  • Take responsibility for the design of end-to-end resourcing plans which meet requirements for single roles and talent pipelines.
  • Holding an understanding of recruitment best practice tools, methodologies, and technologies (e.g. job profiling, sourcing, proactive search, selection and assessment)

End-to-end recruitment process management

  • Ensuring all requisitions are fully specified and approved.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree recruitment timelines and responsibilities, and apply the most appropriate selection methods.
  • Facilitating the interview and selection process to measure candidates’ skills as required.
  • Negotiating rates/salaries, presenting, and selling candidates within their business areas to hiring managers while ensuring all processes are followed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
