WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Manager within our Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, the wider ETR team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a global network, alongside your supervisor and teammates who are equally invested in raising the bar on recruiting tools and practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels, and across different countries and offices - for example, roles in Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR
- Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders, bringing innovative recruitment strategies to the table
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through both established and new channels
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
- Regularly report recruitment status to leadership, your supervisor and HRBPs
- Check in with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust accordingly
- Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature
- Contribute to ETR team projects and help upgrade shared tools and resources
- Take on other duties as needed

ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments
- Agile thinker who picks up new functional areas quickly and moves seamlessly across business functions
- Strong track record of stakeholder management, with experience setting and managing expectations
- Sound judgement, discretion and sensitivity, paired with the creativity to adapt to changing needs
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience recruiting within a global or matrixed organisation
- Familiarity with Avature or similar ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
