Collaborate strategically with global HR and other corporate services functions to seamlessly embed well-being best practices into CGI's core processes, policies, and programs, driving a proactive approach to psychosocial risk prevention and management.
  • Drive the annual CoE strategic planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Health & Well-being Center of Expertise. Recommend and implement innovative global strategies and actions that support business needs, working in close partnership with key stakeholders.

  • Monitor and Analyze Organizational Data: Track global key indicators related to health, well-being, and psychosocial risks. Analyze data to uncover trends, identify priorities for action, recommend evidence-based solutions, and support the ongoing development of measurement tools.
  • Design and facilitate well-being sessions: Develop and deliver engaging workshops on critical topics—such as mental well-being, psychosocial risk prevention, the human factors in change management, and impactful leadership behaviors—tailored for a global, multicultural audience.
  • Stay ahead of international trends: Continuously monitor global market trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices to ensure CGI remains at the forefront of organizational health and workplace well-being innovation.

  • Highly structured and organized with a strong degree of autonomy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in identifying and analyzing key HR and organizational health indicators to provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
