Manager, Financial Advisory
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager to join our growing Financial Advisory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Manager or ambitious Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory assignments, including Special Situations M&A, Board Advisory, Transaction Services, Debt & Capital Advisory, and Lender Advisory.
Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead client engagements, manage transaction processes, support business development activities, and play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients, lenders, investors, and management teams through complex transactions, strategic decision-making, and periods of business change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A, refinancing, and advisory engagements from inception through to successful completion.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout engagements.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex financial models, valuations, business plans, and transaction structures.
- Lead debt advisory assignments, assessing funding requirements, financing options, and lender solutions.
- Manage independent business reviews, strategic assessments, and lender advisory engagements.
- Review and present high-quality client deliverables, including information memoranda, board papers, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and transaction workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side mandates across a range of sectors and transaction sizes.
- Support Directors and Partners with business development initiatives, networking, pitches, proposals, and relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Financial Advisory practice.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level within a professional services environment.
- Strong experience within Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Special Situations, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading client engagements and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Experience managing and developing client relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering value to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ambition to help grow a market-leading advisory practice.
