This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile global transformation by strengthening FP&A capabilities and helping finance teams move from current processes and applications to a more standardized, scalable, and insight-led operating model. The role will support the RL FP&A team in transitioning from current to future-state ERP+ applications and business processes with an eye towards transformation via the new enabling technology.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A management roles, partnering with finance leaders to build financial plans, publish management reporting while understanding the system dependencies supporting those processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- You will lead cross-functional work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Project management experience, with the ability to engage teams through transformation.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities.
- Flexibility in adjusting and reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, Hyperion Essbase, MicroStrategy Business Intelligence, and/or Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Fashion or retail industry experience preferred.
