Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
About The Role
We are looking for a finance professional to join us as a Manager FP&A. In this role, you will support global commercial activities and SG&A through financial forecasting, budgeting, detailed analysis, and standardized reporting, while delivering key insights to leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in FP&A, finance, and accounting within a B2B manufacturing environment, along with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the weekly / monthly / quarterly outlooking, LBE, and actuals variance analysis
- Pipeline analysis
- Variance analysis for month-end bridges used in Corporate Executive Committee (“CEC”) etc; likewise analysis to support materials for Outlook changes to orders
- Analysis of historic and backlog standard margins by Value Stream / Region including and supporting resulting strategic actions
- Key account profitability analysis (work with Director Global Key Accounts)
- Profitability analysis across profit centers and channel partners
- Customer Service Level Agreement analysis including profitability
- Support of outlook and analysis including identification of savings opportunities
- Other ad hoc analysis as required
- Assist with key discrete strategic projects, presenting progress and key achievements to senior leadership teams
- Build and maintain financial models to identify and quantify the impact of internal and macroeconomic drivers
- Evaluate current processes and continuously improve efficiency/ productivity through automation and other process improvements

Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and deliver actionable insights
- Experience working with large datasets, databases, and data visualization tools to support financial analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience, with knowledge of operational and commercial business drivers, is highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency with financial and reporting systems, including OneStream, SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Microsoft Office, and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation preferred
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting roles
