# Manager, Fixed Renovation Cycle Management (FRCM) – EMEA
This role plays a central part in supporting hotels through the Fixed Renovation Cycle Management (FRCM) process, ensuring compliance with Brand Standards. As the primary point of contact for EMEA hotels, you will guide them through renovation scope development while driving adoption, managing resources, and enhancing programme scalability through new tools, content, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Renovation Scoping & Brand Standard Compliance
- Lead hotels through the FRCM scoping process, ensuring scopes align with Brand Standards.
- Conduct desktop reviews using data from QA audits, renovation history, photos, guest feedback, and brand narrative alignment to generate initial renovation scopes.
- Partner with AD&C Design teams to reflect the latest brand prototypes in renovation scopes.
- Validate hotel feedback, refine scopes, and finalise documents for brand approval.
Owner & Hotel Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for hotels navigating the FRCM programme.
- Collaborate with Hotel Ownership Groups, General Managers, and Management Companies to develop scopes and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Address hotel queries, resolve issues, and provide guidance throughout scoping and preparation phases.
- Educate hotels on FRCM timelines, brand expectations, and quality assurance implications.

Programme Promotion & Compliance Acceleration
- Identify non-compliant hotels and drive engagement to initiate FRCM processes.
- Conduct outreach, educating stakeholders on programme benefits and promoting uptake across EMEA.
- Analyse compliance data to monitor progress and identify adherence improvement opportunities.
Programme Development & Scaling
- Contribute to evolving the EMEA FRCM programme by developing processes, tools, templates, SOPs, and best practices.
- Create content (guides, scopes, decks, FAQs, playbooks) to support scalability and enhance hotel clarity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand Management, AD&C, Quality Assurance, and Operations to implement enhancements.
Digital Resource & Platform Management
- Maintain the EMEA Renovations Management Lobby Page, ensuring resources, forms, and links are up to date.
- Publish content, analyse usage trends, and recommend usability improvements.
- Generate reports from BOSS, QA platforms, and internal dashboards to track compliance and programme progress.
- Support data integrity by capturing renovation history and flagging system discrepancies.
