About this opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, connected, AI savvy individual to help tell the story of AI at Lloyds Banking Group. You will lead activities that bring colleagues with us through change, grow our AI Trailblazers network, connect the Group with external thought leaders and national champions, and support the internal and external storytelling on AI and the future of work.

What will you be doing?

  • Champion the colleague voice, ensuring colleague perspectives and experiences shape how we introduce and scale AI across the Group.
  • Design and deliver approaches that help bring colleagues with us as work, roles and ways of working evolve in an AI-enabled organisation.
  • Support the AI Trailblazers network, identifying high-potential advocates and enabling them to act as multipliers, accelerating adoption and sharing best practice across the Group.
  • Bring an outside-in perspective to Lloyds Banking Group by connecting with national champions, industry networks, academics and other organisations at the forefront of AI adoption.
  • Translate external insights into practical recommendations and actions.
  • Partner with Group Corporate Affairs and senior stakeholders to support external media enquiries, investor questions and requests relating to AI, workforce transformation and the future of work. This includes coordinating our External AI forum.

  • Help position Lloyds Banking Group as a recognised leader in how organisations adopt AI and reinvent work responsibly at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
