Join KPMG Law’s Company Secretarial & Global Entity Management team as a Manager, leading client relationships and delivering governance and company secretarial services across a diverse portfolio of organisations.
This role combines technical expertise, leadership and business development, offering the opportunity to influence governance outcomes, support complex transactions and provide trusted advice to clients and colleagues.
Working within KPMG’s multidisciplinary Tax & Legal practice, the successful candidate will help drive team growth, manage key engagements and support the development of junior team members.

About the role
This role sits within KPMG’s Tax & Legal practice, which brings together legal, tax and advisory specialists to help clients address complex business, compliance and governance challenges.
The Company Secretarial & Global Entity Management team supports clients with governance, compliance and entity management services, delivering practical advice and high-quality operational support.

As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering client service, strengthening relationships, supporting governance projects and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead and develop trusted relationships across a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high-quality and responsive service.
- Provide company secretarial and governance support, including outsourced company secretarial services and board or committee support.
- Support complex transactions by working closely with legal teams and coordinating company secretarial requirements.
- Lead or contribute to governance, compliance and advisory projects that deliver practical outcomes for clients.
- Deliver training and governance updates to clients and internal stakeholders on relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
- Manage engagement risks, complete required risk processes and support quality management across client engagements.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, contribute to proposals and support initiatives that drive team growth.
- Coach, manage and develop junior colleagues while promoting collaboration and high service standards.

Experience and skills needed
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience providing company secretarial services, governance support and board or committee support.
- Experience coordinating governance-related workstreams within complex projects or transactions.
- Experience managing, coaching or supporting the development of team members.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance requirements and the ability to communicate these clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications required
- Degree qualification.
- Qualified Chartered Secretary/Governance Professional with The Chartered Governance Institute.
