WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Global PEG training and adoption team is part of Bain’s Global Private Equity practice and supports implementation of practice strategic priorities. Training and upskilling is a critical priority for PEG, bringing the best of Bain to our clients. The Global training and adoption team is responsible for all training across the PEG ringfence, from interns to Senior PEG Partners, including e-learns, classroom programs, and leadership development.

This is a connected, cross-regional role. You will be the link between Global PEG training and the regions, working day to day with regional PEG training leads, regional Talent and Practice/Operations teams, and PEG Program Managers. You will also partner with digital learning stakeholders from Bain’s global training function to share innovation and best practices.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

This is a hands-on role that turns the Global PEG training and adoption strategy into uptake on the ground. You will be the regional face of PEG training: launching new products, answering the questions that come in from the frontline, and making sure that Bain’s regions know what is available and why it matters.

  • Driving engagement. You will own the regional engine behind learner engagement, from scheduling and mobilizing core curriculum training to spotting where uptake is lagging and building the tactics to lift it. You will bring data and a creative mindset in equal measure, using attendance tracking data and learner feedback to inform what happens next.
  • Supporting priorities and change. You will help land PEG’s priority topics, such as AI and diligence solutions, and support the internal communications and change management that help new ways of working stick. Throughout, you will look for opportunities to grow your own L&D skills and to collaborate with peers across regions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learning ambassador

  • Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices
  • Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products, developing new initiatives, and contributing to Global PEG training projects
  • Act as a key regional point of contact/front line for responding to training queries
  • Represent PEG training on local and regional calls, for example presenting to PEG Program Managers or providing an LT update
  • Opportunistically build personal L&D skills, for example by attending trainings designed for L&D professionals, or attending conferences
  • Collaborate with other regional training leads on projects to maximize training benefit to global PEG

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
