Job Summary

The Sales Manager manages all sales activities with a focus on meeting targets, building and leading a professional sales team, and executing strategies for growth. This role involves driving new business development, establishing strong partner relationships, and engaging internal resources to create brand awareness. The Sales Manager oversees pipeline management, delivers effective sales presentations, and schedules customer appointments to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Role Description

Including, but not limited to:

  • Manage all sales activities with a focus on meeting Sales Targets
  • Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)
  • Manage a professional sales team and oversee performance, coach, motivate, and mentor the team
  • Execute Sales Motions, Campaigns, and drive exponential growth
  • Drive sales strategy to develop new business with existing customers, and acquire new customers
  • Drive Partner Field Engagement by establishing and developing strong Partner relationships
  • Engage internal company resources into the Sales Process, such as Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
  • Oversee accurate pipeline management
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
  • Schedule and attend customer appointments

Other Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in an Outside Sales role supporting Enterprise (Enterprise)
  • 3+ years of technology sales experience (Commercial)
  • 1+ years of management experience preferred
  • Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas
  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
  • Experience working with C-Level executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
