About the Role
I am working with an exciting growth advisory group focused on supporting professional services firms with market insights, growth strategy, and competition analysis. They are seeking a manager to join and lead projects within their delivery team, engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, producing high-quality bespoke insights.
Responsibilities
Managers oversee all aspects of market insight projects. This includes:
- Gathering requirements during the initial client briefing
- Acting as the primary liaison with both clients and internal leadership
- Leading the initial project set-up
- Identifying interviewees and research sources
- Conducting interviews
- Analyzing results
- Structuring and producing high-quality decks and presentations

Requirements
You will need a background of 3+ years’ experience in a top strategy consultancy working on corporate strategy projects, strong qualitative skills, and demonstrable experience of presenting to partner/c-suite level clients.

This role would be best suited for those who enjoy understanding clients’ needs and issues and translating that into success through well-crafted strategic insights that will have a high impact on decision-making and future growth. It’s also a great opportunity to take on more ownership of both projects and relationships while playing an important role internally in the future of the team.
