Technology doesn't sit behind the scenes at Aimbridge managed hotels. It shapes the guest experience, enables hotel teams to perform at their best, protects business continuity, and supports commercial success.

At Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, we're looking for a Manager - Hotel Technology to take ownership of technology governance across our growing portfolio of hotels throughout the EMEA region. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence major technology decisions, partner with some of the world's leading hotel brands, and play a key role in supporting hotel growth, transitions and transformation initiatives. Based remotely anywhere in the UK, you'll work with stakeholders across multiple countries and hotel brands, helping ensure our technology estate remains secure, compliant, commercially effective and future-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied role that combines strategic oversight, stakeholder management and programme delivery.

  • Lead relationships with major brand partners including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor and Hyatt, ensuring our hotels remain aligned with brand technology requirements and successfully deliver technology initiatives.
  • Oversee property management system migrations, system integrations and infrastructure refresh programmes, helping hotels adopt new technology with minimal disruption to guests and operations.
  • Support new hotel openings and hotel transitions, managing the technology workstream from planning through to implementation.
  • As the senior escalation point for technology issues, bring together hotels, suppliers, brands and internal teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a strong focus on security, compliance and risk management.
  • Shape hotel technology investment plans, building compelling business cases that help owners make informed decisions about future technology investments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
