Key Responsibilities

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Design and implement talent management and leadership development initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities and support workforce priorities.
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify development needs and build targeted interventions for key talent segments.
  • Support the design and delivery of enterprise leadership, career development and talent programmes to strengthen organisational capability.

Talent Pipeline & Scholars

  • Manage the end-to-end development experience of scholars and emerging talent, including onboarding, rotations, development planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor progress and career aspirations of high-potential talent, partnering with stakeholders to support their growth and development.

Succession Planning & Talent Reviews

  • Facilitate succession planning and talent review discussions, supporting leaders in identifying talent needs, development actions and succession priorities.
  • Coordinate and support talent management processes and governance activities, ensuring quality inputs, consistency of approach and timely reporting.

Talent Analytics & Insights

  • Track and analyse talent-related data and trends to assess programme effectiveness, identify talent risks and support workforce decisions.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years' experience in talent development, organisational development, professional development, adult learning or a related people field.
  • Proven experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning and leadership discussions with senior stakeholders.
