Role: Manager HR Transformation Consultant
As a Manager HR Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design, and change management with a focus on supporting HR teams and the wider business through their transformation journey. It is the ideal opportunity for an HR professional who has had 10 years plus experience of operational or HR transformation experience, you will also have implemented SaaS solutions for HR, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.
Description of Role
- Advising clients on HR/Payroll service design, operating models, and capability required to enable a future state service design. This includes what is required to operate any new technologies which are being implemented.
- Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.
- Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of HR/Payroll technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational, and change perspective.
- Leading our team to design the clients future service offering, including delivery model (e.g. retained vs shared services), from design principles down to mapping of processes.
- Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the delivery of their transformation programme, including deployment of new technologies.
- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.
- Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.
- Working on internal process improvement projects as part of the Veran HR Community

What We're Looking For
- HR Qualifications, ideally CIPD Level 5 or similar.
- Experience of leading HR transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proactive, independent, and self-starter

Location
We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs. Our teams are based across the UK, and we welcome applications from talented individuals regardless of location, provided they can attend in-person meetings when needed. Some roles may also require occasional travel to client sites, and we support our people to make these arrangements smoothly.
