- Manage stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hire, onboard, and train new Solutions Architects, building a structured ramp plan that accelerates their readiness and long-term career growth.
- Define team goals, track progress through operational metrics, and prioritize work across projects to balance short-term customer needs with longer-term strategic initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A day in the life
You start the morning reviewing your team's upcoming customer engagements and preparing coaching notes for a Solutions Architect presenting a migration architecture later that day. Mid-morning you join a call with a Sales counterpart to align on an AI opportunity for a key account. After lunch you run a one-on-one with a newer team member, discussing their development plan and reviewing a whitepaper draft they are writing. The afternoon wraps with a cross-functional planning session where you help prioritize next quarter's initiatives alongside Business Development and Partner leads.
