Assistant Manager in Training– Rockfish Salcombe
Up to £16 per hour OTE which includes generous tips and gratuities

The Role
As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.
- You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’.
- As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
- Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
- You will be required to have at least one year’s experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
- You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
