Manager, Influencer Marketing

Req ID: 10158131

Job Description:

About the Role & Team

Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.

The Manager, Influencer Performance Marketing will play a critical role in accelerating subscriber growth for Disney+ through strategic, results-oriented influencer marketing. Based in London, this role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-led influencer campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition and ROI.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, the Manager will lead the influencer creative strategy and oversee the full operational workflow for UK campaigns — from talent sourcing and contracting to creative development, A/B testing, and performance analysis. They will ensure all influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines, resonates with key audiences, and delivers measurable results.

Beyond the UK, this role also provides strategic guidance and hands-on support to local teams across EMEA, helping to scale influencer marketing efforts efficiently and effectively throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep, practical experience in influencer marketing and performance media. They are comfortable working in matrixed organizations, thrive in fast-moving and evolving environments, and combine creative instinct with a sharp analytical mindset.

This is an office-based role with a hybrid setup: four days per week in our Hammersmith, London office, and one day remote.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
