London | Hybrid
£90,000 - £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an insurance consultant who enjoys solving complex business problems, leading client engagements, and driving transformation programmes?
Our client is a global leading specialist consultancies serving the global financial services who are investing heavily in its growing Insurance Practice. Due to sustained client demand and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to hire experienced Managers to support the next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing consulting business where promotion is based on merit, not organisational gaps, and where Managers are given genuine responsibility, client exposure, and influence from day one.

The Opportunity
We are looking for consultants who can bridge strategy and delivery, who can shape a client's thinking, define a solution, and then lead its execution.
You'll be trusted to:
- Lead client engagements and workstreams
- Own stakeholder relationships
- Structure and solve complex business problems
- Build executive-level deliverables and recommendations
- Manage and mentor small consulting teams
- Develop operating models, strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Work directly with Partners and Directors across the practice
Managers here typically enjoy significantly greater client exposure and autonomy than their counterparts in larger consultancies.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in individuals with:
- Management consulting experience within insurance
- Experience leading complex transformation programmes
- Experience shaping solutions and not simply delivering predefined requirements
- Exposure to underwriting, claims, operations, data, finance, distribution or technology transformation
- The ability to lead small consulting teams and deliver high-quality outcomes
