A Career with Point72’s Corporate Communications Team

The Corporate Communications team manages the global reputation of Point72 and all related entities. The team is responsible for all aspects of corporate communications, including media relations, executive visibility and thought leadership, internal communications, digital content and distribution, and brand management. As a small, collaborative team, we work closely with senior management and colleagues across the organization to communicate the firm’s priorities, support key business initiatives, and retain and attract the industry’s brightest talent.

What You’ll Do

The role combines strategic counsel to senior leaders with hands-on responsibility for media relations, executive visibility, internal communications, and regional agency management. This includes:

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Corporate Communications team to ensure communications strategies and messaging are consistent across regions and aligned with the firm’s global priorities.
  • Lead media relations across EMEA and APAC, build relationships with key reporters, and serve as a spokesperson for the firm. Provide media training and coaching to regional executives.
  • Lead internal communications across international offices, helping to strengthen the firm’s culture and keep employees connected and informed.
  • Advise regional business leaders on communications priorities and strategic initiatives working closely with the U.S.-based Corporate Communications team to align regional communications with the firm’s global priorities.
  • Identify and pursue executive visibility and thought leadership opportunities for regional leaders and the economist team, including media interviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Partner with regional recruiting teams to develop messaging, content, and branded materials that reflect the firm's culture and support talent attraction and employee engagement across EMEA and APAC.
  • Manage regional communications agency partners, setting priorities, guiding execution, and ensuring their work meets the firm’s standards and objectives.
  • Visit international offices regularly to build relationships with key media contacts, as well as strengthen relationships internally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
