The Role

As Manager FSQA (all genders), you will play a key role in ensuring food safety and quality standards across our distribution network in DACH and UK. This role will lead the professionalisation of compliance within our 20 hubs in DACH and an expanding network of 4 hubs in UK, while supporting HelloFresh Delivery Network operations.

Your mission will be to improve, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems that meet legislative requirements, HelloFresh Standards and BRCGS certification standards. You will embed effective processes and training while mitigating FSQA risks and ensuring audit readiness, all to protect our customers and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • You act as the FSQA expert for logistics in DACH and UK, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and due diligence at all times.
  • Furthermore, you take ownership of logistics FSQA performance by setting up governance, building trackers, and driving KPI reporting.
  • In this role, you lead/support crisis and incident management, coordinating investigations, resolutions, and projects related to traceability, temperature control and cold chain management.
  • You establish and maintain a QMS aligned with BRCGS Storage & Distribution standards, supporting certifications and recertifications in DACH and UK.
  • Moreover, you develop and implement SOPs, HACCP systems, and audit programs, while training hub teams to ensure lasting compliance.
  • You validate and verify cold chain processes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions, reducing the risk of non-conformance.
  • Finally, you collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and DC FSQA teams to embed standards, ensure full traceability, and foster a strong food safety culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
