About Us:
Wolseley Managers Limited is a UK-based management advisory firm specializing in cell agriculture, biotechnology, synthetic biology, and tissue engineering. We provide strategic and operational support to Shellbay Investments and its clients, including Agronomics Limited (London-listed) and New Agrarian Company (private investment firm).
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead investment management activities across venture capital and private equity portfolios. This role involves sourcing and evaluating new opportunities, managing existing investments, and delivering high-quality reporting and analysis for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and execute investment and divestment opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation (US GAAP & IFRS)
- Prepare presentations for Investment Committees and Boards
- Oversee portfolio performance reporting and risk analysis
- Represent clients on investee boards as required
- Liaise with investors and third-party advisors
- Drive fundraising efforts for group companies
- Lead and mentor analysts and associates
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Science
- 5+ years in Private Equity, Banking, Finance, or Accounting
- Proven track record in investment and portfolio management
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Familiarity with UK public market regulations
- Ability to work across time zones and flexible hours
- Fluent in English
