This is a narrowly focused, specialist role sitting at the intersection of Investor Relations, Communications, and Legal/Disclosure.

- Maintain accurate and complete records of all IR-related disclosure activity.
- Work closely with IR, Communications, Events, Marketing and Legal (including Securities Counsel) to review public-facing content - including websites, interviews and other press interaction, external conferences and events, blogs and social media posts (e.g. X, LinkedIn) - ensuring consistency and compliance before publication.
- Build a deep understanding of the wider business in order to identify disclosure risks and keep messaging aligned across every external channel.
- Support the business through a period of increasing external profile and scrutiny, ensuring all public communications remain consistent with prior disclosures.
- Act as a key point of contact for disclosure-related queries from across the business, including in relation to regulatory reporting obligations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
