About The Role
Nscale is looking for a Manager, Legal, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to provide dedicated legal support for the company’s investor-facing, corporate communications and disclosure activity. Reporting to the VP, Legal, Capital Markets & Investor Relations and working closely with the Investor Relations, Communications, Marketing, and Legal teams, this specialist role will help ensure that all corporate communications are accurate, consistent, timely and aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a highly visible and hands-on role for someone who is comfortable operating at pace, applying sound judgement and bringing order to a fast-evolving communications environment. You will act as a trusted legal partner to teams across the business, helping them communicate clearly and confidently while protecting Nscale’s reputation and meeting its disclosure obligations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and embed effective review processes, strengthen collaboration across key internal functions and help build a scalable framework for external communications as Nscale continues to grow internationally. This role suits a proactive, commercially minded legal professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently and making things happen in a dynamic organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner closely with the Investor Relations team on the legal rules and regulations governing investor communications and disclosure, including quarterly earnings, conference calls, and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all IR-related disclosure activity.
- Work closely with IR, Communications, Marketing and Legal (including Securities Counsel) to review public-facing content - including websites, interviews and other press interaction, external conferences and events, blogs and social media posts (e.g. X, LinkedIn) - ensuring consistency and compliance before publication.
- Build a deep understanding of the wider business in order to identify disclosure risks and keep messaging aligned across every external channel.
- Support the business through a period of increasing external profile and scrutiny, ensuring all public communications remain consistent with prior disclosures.
- Act as a key point of contact for disclosure-related queries from across the business, including in relation to regulatory reporting obligations.
About You
- 3-6 years PQE with experience across legal disclosure, investor relations, or securities compliance functions.
- Solid understanding of the legal/regulatory framework governing IR and public company disclosure in the US and UK.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping discipline.
- Confident, discreet, and comfortable reviewing sensitive or public-facing content under time pressure.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills; comfortable partnering closely with Investor Relations, Communications, Marketing and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a company through a period of significant external or public profile growth.
- Familiarity with public company disclosure obligations in a listed or multi-jurisdictional context.
