About the role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly collaborative Manager, Logistics Transformation to help deliver and accelerate Reckitt's global logistics transformation agenda.
As part of the Global Supply Organization, this role will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing evolution of Reckitt's next-generation logistics capabilities that improve visibility, agility, resilience, service, and cost performance across Reckitt's global network. The role will play a key part in delivering Reckitt's logistics transformation journey through the implementation of advanced digital solutions, including Logistics Control Towers, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), end-to-end visibility platforms, advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision support, automation, and digital supply chain capabilities.
Working closely with the Global Logistics Organization, IT, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners, the successful candidate will support the deployment and continuous improvement of Reckitt's global logistics ecosystem that enables real-time visibility, predictive insights, proactive exception management, and data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the setup and deployment of a global Logistics Control Tower, including process design, technology enablement, and governance activities.
- Support the deployment of the control tower operating model, performance metrics, and governance processes across markets and regions.
- Lead business deployment and implementation activities for TMS solutions across Ocean Freight, Primary and Secondary Road Freight.
- Work closely with Frontline IT, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to ensure all capabilities are built in the solution and deliver projects on time.
- Lead the delivery of real-time visibility into logistics flows, exceptions, and service performance.
- Establish dashboards, alerts, and analytics to support proactive issue resolution.
- Lead coordination of logistics performance reviews across regions and functions.
- Lead capability building, training, and knowledge sharing across the control tower organization.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience in logistics, supply chain transformation, transportation management, or digital supply chain environments within complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in logistics transformation, operational excellence, technology deployment, or digital supply chain initiatives.
- Strong understanding of transportation management, logistics operations, control tower concepts, supply chain visibility solutions, and logistics performance management.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation and process improvement programs.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and operate effectively within a global matrix organization.
Desirable
- Experience with TMS, WMS, and supply chain analytics platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams of various cultural backgrounds.
- Exposure to Logistics Digital Strategies.
- Exposure to control tower implementations or centralized logistics command centers.
