Join a leading independent advisory firm that advises corporates, private equity investors, and founders on their most significant transactions. The firm is known for sharp deal judgement, rigorous execution, and long standing relationships with the businesses and funds it represents.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager to lead execution across the firm's M&A mandates. You will run deal teams, own the analysis and the client narrative, and work directly with partners on live processes. This is a role with real ownership from day one and a clear path toward Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sell side and buy side mandates end to end, owning the valuation, materials, and deal narrative from preparation through to completion.
  • Manage and develop deal teams, structuring the work and holding the quality bar across modelling, diligence, and documentation.
  • Turn company economics and market dynamics into a clear investment thesis for a buyer, a seller, or a board.
  • Act as a day to day point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams, legal advisers, and counterparties to deliver on time and to standard.
  • Support negotiation and diligence workstreams through to signing and close.
  • Begin building the client relationships and commercial instincts that lead to origination at the next level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
