Public Relations Manager (Remote)
Full time, United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden
If you live in the Warsaw area, this will be a hybrid role working in-office 50% monthly. If you live in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, this will be a hybrid role working in-office at least one day per week.

We have a great opportunity for a public relations manager with excellent writing, organization, project management skills and a technology or agency background to support the organization's marketing and communications team.
We’re looking for a team player who enjoys the interaction and dialogue with multiple internal and external stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced, international B2B environment. This role focuses on pursuing opportunities to expand BCD’s awareness in the public, monitoring and evaluating the impact of BCD’s messaging, and supporting content creation across many different channels. BCD’s PR manager will be responsible for shaping our company positioning across relevant media landscapes by translating product and platform topics into clear, differentiated messaging.
As a Public Relations Manager, you will
- Co-develop and execute the PR strategy
- Co-manage external PR agencies and freelancers
- Develop and distribute news releases to increase the awareness of BCD’s technology in the media. Measure the success of communications
- Manage and build out contacts with journalists by pitching stories and responding to press requests
- Coordinate and moderate interviews between journalists and BCD executives or subject matter experts
- Host media trainings and prepare company spokespeople for interviews by developing talking points
- Plan, coordinate, and create speaker collateral including session descriptions for pitches, presentations, CVs etc
- Track and support the creation of award applications
- Connect with sales and program management to write and publish success stories and create other content that supports sales effectiveness. Manage success story inventory
- Assist PR team in updating company positioning documents
- Create compelling content in different formats for multiple platforms, including company websites, social channels, the BCD blog and client groups
- Track and project manage communications campaigns
- Take care of administrative PR tasks such as KPI tracking, creating presentations, monitor media mentions etc
- Identify and coordinate advertising opportunities. Negotiate prices and assure timely delivery of artwork
- Review and revise English communications as needed

About you
- A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or public relations (or equivalent experience)
- Prior relevant work experience. Proven B2B technology experience preferred (e.g., SaaS platforms, AI, APIs), prior agency or corporate travel experience is a plus!
- Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with a global team to meet deadlines
- Fast learner and good listener
- Robust media network
- A collaborative mindset, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to turn complex concepts into creative copy
- Project management and organizational skills (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, content management software and social media platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Copilot, LinkedIn)
- Experience in the corporate travel industry preferred
- Experience in a multinational marketing or communications organization preferred
- Experience working fully remote preferred

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Spain: 56,000 - 66,000 EUR
- Poland: 145,000 - 155,000 PLN
- Netherlands: 64,000 - 75,000 EUR
- Sweden: 600,000 - 650,000 SEK
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
