Role Description
Live Nation UK’s Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for music and interest in brand marketing, storytelling and consumer trends to the position of Manager, Marketing Solutions. A key focus of this role will be driving growth across Live Nation UK’s festival and venue business, assisting in the development of commercially compelling proposals that showcase these assets as powerful platforms for brand partnership and long-term value creation.
Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world’s most recognisable brands. It’s an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team within Partnerships create innovative and engaging marketing platforms that are designed to solve client challenges through the powerful lens of live music culture. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive client research and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brand’s business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation’s arsenal of assets. No cookie cutter concepts, no copy and paste, just inspiring and fresh ideas alongside innovative vision designed to maximise brand reach and engagement through the power of live.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in brand partnerships, digital/social media, entertainment and/or sports marketing working with brands
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and execute in a timely manner
- Strong skills/expertise in storytelling
- Strong written communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of marketing trends, emerging media, consumer insights and the latest digital trends
- Conversant in music culture / popular culture
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive and thorough approach
- Able to prioritise and hit deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward

What The Role Includes
This position’s primary role is to work with our Director of Marketing Solutions to develop cutting-edge marketing campaigns, writing inspiring storytelling led presentations for prospective brand partners to win business. Specific responsibilities include:
Business Focus
- Maintain a strong focus on the commercial drivers of Live Nation’s business, with particular emphasis on assisting in the development of proposals that actively sell and elevate Live Nation UK festivals and venues
- Work closely and collaborate with teams within Marketing Partnerships to unlock insights, opportunities and scalable platforms that translate into high-impact, sellable propositions

Proposal Development
- Develop engaging and creative marketing programmes and transform into a clearly written, concise and visually pleasing proposal in response to RFPs
- Lead internal communication with Live Nation personnel to help facilitate the development process including research and insights, experiential, marketing, digital
- Brief designers on creative elements
- Acquire a working knowledge of Live Nation assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving brands business objectives
