About the Role
The Manager, Marketing Projects is a first-level management role that leads a multidisciplinary marketing and brand experience team. The primary focus is on executing marketing projects and processes, including brand experience events and Aladdin Commercial marketing initiatives.
This position is responsible for:
- Managing the creation, organisation, and distribution of marketing event materials, assets, and resources.
- Ensuring alignment with Mohawk Group and Aladdin Commercial brand visibility, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategies within the commercial flooring market.
- Working cross-functionally with brand, product, segment, and sales teams to support marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Project & Process Leadership
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of marketing event projects and Aladdin Commercial initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Collaboration & Development
- Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to define project goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within marketing projects.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Design, and Corporate Communications departments to ensure alignment and support.
Resource & Team Management
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and external vendors.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to support professional development among team members.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing projects adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant marketing or project management experience.
- 1-3 years of managerial experience navigating cross-functional teams.
