Manager – (Project and Programme Management Consulting) - Life sciences – London (1-2x a week onsite) - Up to £80,000
Our rapidly growing consulting client is looking for an experienced Manager to join them on a permanent basis, supporting a major finance system implementation within the life sciences sector.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone with a strong background in management consulting and life sciences, combined with proven delivery experience across IT, systems, transformation, operating models and Project/Programme Management (PPM).
The role
You’ll work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to help deliver complex transformation programmes. You will:

- Lead and support project and programme delivery
- Work closely with steering groups and senior stakeholders
- Get into the detail of systems to understand how they operate
- Map current processes, identify gaps and develop practical solutions
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and deliver change
- Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Bring structure, pace and ownership to complex transformation environments
We’re looking for
- Strong management consulting / professional services experience
- Experience delivering projects or programmes within the life sciences sector
- Strong PPM, IT delivery, systems, transformation or Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and steering groups
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Someone comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments and taking ownership of delivery

Salary
Up to £80,000 per annum
