Manager, Network Products Commercialization & Execution
Overview
This role supports the execution and scaling of Mastercard’s Network Products strategy, with a strong emphasis on Immediacy (RTC and Faster Settlement) adoption across global customers while supporting the broader Network Products (NP) suite across global acquirers, issuers, and strategic accounts. The role drives pipeline development, customer outreach, and execution across global acquirers, issuers, and regional strategic accounts, ensuring effective scaling of priority initiatives.
Role
- Support scaling of Immediacy solutions (RTC and Faster Settlement) through structured customer outreach and execution across global accounts
- Maintain a strong focus on scaling Network Products offerings across global acquirers, issuers, and strategic accounts
- Support RTC scaling through direct-to-customer engagement, coordinating closely with regional teams
- Build and manage processor and acquirer pipeline, expanding reach across Tier 2 and Tier 3 players
- Support processor outreach and positioning of NP / NEP solutions, ensuring effective pipeline conversion
- Partner with MPGS and cross-functional teams to support pipeline development and opportunity tracking
- Drive Fast Funds opt-in campaigns and customer activation, leveraging CRM pipelines and targeted outreach
- Support execution of market roadshows, outreach programs, and customer engagements
- Track performance across pipeline, adoption, and key KPIs, and provide structured reporting

All About You
- Experience in payments, product, strategy, operations, or consulting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage pipeline and execution
- Experience Working With CRM Tools And Commercial Pipelines Preferred
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize insights into actionable outputs
- Interest in real-time payments and network transformation
