About Rubix

At Rubix, we design and deliver end-to-end AI data center infrastructure — from site origination and development through to long-term operations. We partner with customers to scale AI with speed, efficiency, and sustainability, backed by secured land, power access, and accelerated delivery models.

What Impact You Will Have

As Manager of EHS for EMEA, you will help Rubix grow safely, responsibly, and consistently across the region. You’ll work closely with development, construction, operations, and contractor teams to reduce risk, strengthen site practices, and build a proactive safety culture as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead practical EHS execution

    • Implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures across EMEA data center development and operations activity.
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking across active projects.
    • Support safe execution of high-risk activities, including electrical work, lifting operations, working at height, confined spaces, and permit-to-work processes.
  • Keep sites compliant and prepared

    • Monitor applicable EHS regulations and ensure site practices meet local requirements and Rubix standards.
    • Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, lessons learned, and corrective action plans.
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, drills, training records, and EHS documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
