Role Description

The Manager of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and coordinating service delivery across Drone Clean UK’s projects. This role includes:

  • Optimizing resource allocation
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Operational management skills, including experience in scheduling, resource planning, and process optimization.
  • Project coordination abilities, such as overseeing multiple projects, managing timelines, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional or remote teams.
  • Knowledge of safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance, ideally within industrial services, facilities management, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, data-driven decision-making, and basic understanding of technology-enabled services.
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in operations management, business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in drone services, cleaning services, or building maintenance is beneficial but not required.
