Role Description
The Manager of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and coordinating service delivery across Drone Clean UK’s projects. This role includes:

- Planning and scheduling cleaning operations
- Optimizing resource allocation
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with technical drone teams, customer service, and leadership to streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements

The role also involves:
- Contributing to operational strategy
- Budgeting support
- Fostering effective communication among remote and on-site team members
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including experience in scheduling, resource planning, and process optimization.
- Project coordination abilities, such as overseeing multiple projects, managing timelines, and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional or remote teams.
- Knowledge of safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance, ideally within industrial services, facilities management, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
- Comfort with remote work tools, data-driven decision-making, and basic understanding of technology-enabled services.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in operations management, business, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in drone services, cleaning services, or building maintenance is beneficial but not required.
