Job Description
If you're energized by turning insight into impact, this could be your next challenge. We're looking for a leader who can quickly get stuck in, lead a high-performing analytics team, strengthen stakeholder engagement and turn data into meaningful action that improves commercial, operational and customer outcomes. At EDF, Success is Personal.
The Opportunity
As Manager of Performance and Insight, you'll lead a team of analysts and play a key role in shaping how both Sales performance and Customer Service Performance is measured, reported and acted upon across Business Supply. You’ll provide the visibility, analysis and challenge needed to drive better commercial, operational and customer outcomes while developing a high-performing, engaged team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within EDF as we support our journey towards An Electric Britain. We're looking for someone who can quickly make an impact, bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo and help redesign and simplify reporting and insight outputs. You'll be identifying efficiencies, improving decision-making and creating a more effective performance management capability.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility on location. If you choose to work from an office, you'll be based from either our London or Exeter office, alongside home working.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone with the energy, curiosity and leadership capability to drive change in a fast-moving business environment. You'll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, setting priorities across competing demands and leading a team to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
