Manager, Offer Category Management
We're hiring a Manager, Offer Category Management to drive the commercialization and lifecycle management of offers that create real market impact. If you thrive on building go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling value propositions, and optimizing offers for growth, this role is for you.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align offers with customer needs and business goals
- Craft messaging and value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits and differentiation of offers
- Design pricing strategies that balance customer value with market conditions and profitability targets
- Use market insights and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning and drive long-term success

- Category Planning — advanced level; structuring offer portfolios to maximize market coverage and growth
- Competitive Analysis — advanced level; identifying market gaps and positioning offers for competitive advantage
- Customer Orientation — advanced level; translating customer needs into compelling offer strategies
- Demand Planning — advanced level; forecasting market demand to inform launch timing and resource allocation
- Financial Analysis — advanced level; evaluating profitability and ROI to guide pricing and investment decisions
- Influencing Skills — advanced level; driving alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Pricing Management — advanced level; developing strategies that optimize revenue while meeting customer expectations
- Product Launch — advanced level; orchestrating end-to-end commercialization from concept to market success

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
