For our Glass Recycling site in Sheffield, we are recruiting a Manager Operations.

Within the Glass Recycling Cluster, the Manager Operations organizes, optimizes and continually improves the operational, production and maintenance activities, taking into account the Sibelco Values and policies.
The Operations Manager has to drive his/her operational organization in order to maintain and develop the processing plants of the Cluster to guarantee:
- Zero Harm approach to operational safety.
- First-class service to the customer.
- Best competitive cost position (cost reduction, increase site yield, better value-products, better processes, product management and production scheduling).
- Highest standard of the Industry in terms of processes, quality, environment and legal obligation respect and health and safety.
- Continuity in time of the mining and processing activities.
- Development of talent, competence and career progression of staff within the area.
- Implementation of the Operation Excellence principles and tools
