This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of landed estates, rural businesses, and high-net-worth individuals, providing expert tax and succession planning advice tailored to the unique needs of complex family wealth structures.

Working closely with colleagues across tax, trusts, accounting, and financial planning disciplines, you will build long-term client relationships, lead advisory projects, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of our Landed Estates offering.
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will join at either Manager or Senior Manager level, with opportunities to influence strategy, support business development initiatives, and help shape the future direction of the service line.

- Lead advisory assignments, ensuring practical and commercially focused solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional advisers, solicitors, land agents, and other key stakeholders
- Identify planning opportunities while ensuring clients remain compliant with evolving tax legislation and regulatory requirements
- Review and oversee tax compliance matters where required, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy, risk management, and client service
- Support business development activities, including networking, thought leadership, and identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
