About the role

PwC's Oracle HCM team is expanding and we are looking for experienced Oracle HCM technical specialists with extensive Fast Formula expertise and a proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud delivery programmes. You will provide technical leadership across Fast Formula design, governance and implementation activities for complex transformations.

What your days will look like

  • Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping clients solve complex business challenges through Oracle Cloud transformation.
  • Leading technical workstreams across Oracle HCM and Payroll implementation programmes.
  • Designing and governing complex Fast Formula and Payroll solutions across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients.
  • Leading technical workshops and advising clients on Oracle Payroll and Oracle HCM best practices.
  • Reviewing your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Delegating tasks, coaching junior consultants and supporting their professional development.
  • Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, proposals and client pursuits.
  • Leading or contributing to collaborative and diverse teams and helping to maintain an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Using feedback and reflection to develop yourself and support the growth of others.

  • Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance
  • Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Significant Fast Formula expertise.
