JOB DESCRIPTION

Connect to your Industry

Deloitte's strategy is to be the market leader in technology-enabled transformations. We are recruiting exceptional individuals to provide leadership and expertise to sell and deliver groundbreaking Oracle Supply Chain Transformation programmes.

Deloitte has a long-standing relationship with Oracle and is a Global Cloud Elite and Platinum level member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN). We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that create world-class business capabilities across organisations.

You will be part of a diverse team that challenges itself to provide innovative solutions to high-profile, complex projects. Working alongside excellent colleagues from around the firm and across the globe, Deloitte is an environment where you and your career can flourish.

Connect to your opportunity

If you have practical delivery experience of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud implementations, a strong understanding of the business processes in your area of expertise and are looking to develop your career in a market-leading transformation and technology consulting team, then this could be the role for you.

At Deloitte, you'll be joining a highly skilled and diverse Oracle Supply Chain Transformation team. You'll work alongside top-tier consultants from various backgrounds and specialisations, collaborating with prominent private and public sector clients to deliver transformative solutions that modernise their businesses.

We are looking for talented individuals who possess the right blend of skills and experience to help clients design, implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions for Inventory, Costing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) flows, including their links with upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Sourcing, Procurement, Order Management, and Pricing).

As a Manager in Oracle Supply Chain Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams on Oracle SCM Cloud projects, making sure your workstreams deliver against agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
  • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, with clear ownership of assigned modules or workstreams.
  • Translate client requirements into practical solution designs, configuration decisions and delivery plans.
  • Manage project risks, issues and client expectations in a clear and proactive way.
  • Lead workstream teams, including functional consultants and client counterparts, providing clear day-to-day direction, escalating blockers and supporting successful delivery within assigned areas.
  • Act as a credible adviser to client process owners, SMEs and workstream leads on Oracle SCM Cloud design and delivery, bringing practical module and workstream experience.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte teams to deliver joined-up client outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, client materials, solution content, estimates and demonstrations, drawing on practical Oracle SCM delivery experience.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture where people are recognised, supported and valued for their contribution.
  • Support development of early talent and junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing and contribution to internal capability-building activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
