At Deloitte, you'll be joining a highly skilled and diverse Oracle Supply Chain Transformation team. You'll work alongside top-tier consultants from various backgrounds and specialisations, collaborating with prominent private and public sector clients to deliver transformative solutions that modernise their businesses.
We are looking for talented individuals who possess the right blend of skills and experience to help clients design, implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions for Order Management, Pricing, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Subscriptions flows in the Order-to-Cash process, including their links with upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Receivables, Cash Management, and Collections).
As a Manager in Oracle Supply Chain Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams on Oracle SCM Cloud projects, making sure your workstreams deliver against agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, with clear ownership of assigned modules or workstreams.
- Translate client requirements into practical solution designs, configuration decisions and delivery plans.
- Manage project risks, issues and client expectations in a clear and proactive way.
- Lead workstream teams, including functional consultants and client counterparts, providing clear day-to-day direction, escalating blockers and supporting successful delivery within assigned areas.
- Act as a credible adviser to client process owners, SMEs and workstream leads on Oracle SCM Cloud design and delivery, bringing practical module and workstream experience.
- Work effectively with colleagues across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte teams to deliver joined-up client outcomes.
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, client materials, solution content, estimates and demonstrations, drawing on practical Oracle SCM delivery experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture where people are recognised, supported and valued for their contribution.
- Support development of early talent and junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing and contribution to internal capability-building activities.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
Essentials:
- Strong experience of delivering Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, ideally as part of supply chain transformation programmes.
- Functional and business process expertise in the Order-to-Cash process and Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, and Subscriptions flows within an Oracle Transformation Programme, with experience taking the workstreams through design, configuration, testing and deployment, and integrating with upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Receivables, Cash Management, and Collections).
- Demonstrable experience advising on and enhancing business processes with available Oracle AI capabilities (e.g. Agentic Applications, AI Agent Studio, GenAI), including hands-on experience with available tools and capabilities.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, process owners, SMEs and delivery teams, and to support engagement with senior stakeholders where required.
- Understanding and practical experience of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) as it applies to assigned Oracle SCM modules or workstreams.
- Good experience controlling scope of work and identifying and managing issues and risks associated with your areas of responsibility in Oracle SCM implementations.
- Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodology (e.g. Activate, Waterfall, Agile, etc).
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting, coaching or guiding other team members.
- Ability to travel when required.
- All applicants must be UK security cleared or willing & eligible to go through the process.
Desirables:
- Experience managing a consulting or systems implementation workstream, including responsibility for a small team.
- Experience advising clients on implementation plans, roll-out options, business cases or delivery roadmaps.
- Experience in one or more of the following specialised / advanced Oracle SCM Cloud areas: Product Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Subscription Management, Field Service, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics.
- Experience using GenAI or agent-based AI tools in a business, delivery or consulting context.
- An understanding of project commercials, with experience of managing implementation budgets.
- Awareness of Oracle’s business strategy and how it applies to supply chain transformation.
- At least one full Oracle Cloud or equivalent certification.
