About the role

PwC's Oracle HCM team is expanding, and we're currently looking for experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants with a proven track record of solution delivery, business development and client impact to join our established and growing team.

At PwC, we don't just implement Oracle Cloud technology—we use it as a catalyst for broader business transformation, helping clients unlock value and reimagine what's possible.

What your days will look like

  • Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping clients solve complex talent acquisition and workforce transformation challenges.
  • Leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery through design, build, testing and deployment.
  • Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients.
  • Leading client workshops focused on recruitment process transformation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud best practice.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology teams.
  • Reviewing your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Delegating tasks, coaching junior team members and creating development opportunities across project teams.
  • Supporting presales activities, proposals and client pursuits.
  • Leading or contributing to collaborative and diverse teams and helping to maintain an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Using feedback and reflection to develop yourself and those around you.

This role is for you if

  • Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
  • Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Significant Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience.
