Job Title: Manager – Organisational Strategy
Salary Range: £85,000–£100,000 + benefits
Location: London | Client-facing with travel as required
Our client is a leading change and transformation consultancy supporting organisations as they turn strategic ambitions into practical, lasting results. You’ll join an established Organisational Strategy practice focused on operating models, organisational design and building the capabilities businesses need to adapt, deliver and innovate. With opportunities to work directly with senior stakeholders, shape meaningful client outcomes and contribute to account growth, this is a role where your consulting expertise can have visible impact while supporting your continued career development.
The Manager – Organisational Strategy will lead workstreams, manage small teams and help clients translate complex organisational challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Lead operating model and organisational design workstreams from planning through to delivery.
- Manage your own workload alongside team activities, keeping projects focused on quality and outcomes.
- Work directly with clients and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to extend client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Create practical solutions that help organisations adapt, collaborate and perform effectively.
You Will Need
- 6+ years’ experience within management consulting, advisory, professional services or Big 4 consulting.
- Experience delivering complex consulting engagements and working with senior client executives.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to build credibility, create consensus and bring people together around shared outcomes.
- A creative, commercially minded approach to solving complex organisational challenges.
