Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our central Digital Activation team, working on one of the world’s most iconic sportswear and fashion brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile international account, managing paid search activity across multiple European markets. You’ll take ownership of campaign delivery, working closely with clients, markets and wider activation teams to translate strategy into effective, data-led paid search campaigns.

You’ll be part of a collaborative European Digital Activation Hub, working alongside specialists across strategy, planning, audience insights, data, analytics and media operations, while overseeing the core buying team responsible for in-platform execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the delivery of paid search campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Translate strategy into clear and effective paid search activation plans.
  • Manage day-to-day client contact and coordinate delivery across markets and internal teams.
  • Oversee campaign build, quality assurance and ongoing optimisation across relevant paid search platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered against agreed SLAs, objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics including ROAS, cost of sale and incremental revenue.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Develop regular performance reporting, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations, rather than simply reporting on results.
  • Oversee the core buying team to ensure high-quality campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Work closely with wider teams including Audience Insights, Data, Analytics & Reporting and Media Operations.
  • Support test-and-learn activity and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through new approaches and technologies.
  • Monitor tracking, feeds and other campaign dependencies, resolving issues proactively where required.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, trackers and governance processes to ensure smooth delivery across markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
