Marketing Partnerships Manager
This is an exciting chance to lead and expand important marketing partnerships in the aggregator channel. You will play a central role in driving acquisition and crafting NewDay’s partner-led growth approach. You will manage the entire acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with partners to meet ambitious performance goals. Additionally, you will identify new ways to improve customer funnels and increase product visibility.
How you’ll contribute
- Lead and grow strategic aggregator partnerships, crafting joint roadmaps and aligning internal and external collaborators to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimise the acquisition strategy, ensuring performance delivers against budget while proactively managing risks, underperformance, and new growth opportunities.
- Use data to support smarter decisions, examining funnel metrics like click-to-sale conversion to discover insights and convert them into effective performance upgrades.
- Enable partners to improve visibility and performance of NewDay’s products while keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate across commercial, product, legal, and compliance teams to influence pricing, improve customer journeys, manage commercial agreements, and maintain a strong risk and control framework.

We're looking for these essential skills
- Solid experience managing high-impact marketing partnerships, ideally within aggregators, credit cards, lending, or digital acquisition channels.
- Be commercially and data driven, confident interpreting performance metrics such as conversion, acquisition cost, and funnel performance to improve results with partners.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering against acquisition and growth targets, using insights and data to continuously improve performance.
- Translate data into action, monitoring in-campaign and post-campaign performance to find opportunities, manage risks, and drive measurable improvements.
- Stay ahead of the market, spotting emerging industry trends and opportunities while successfully delivering BAU improvements across partners, processes, and channels.
