Position Overview: Manager, Partnerships Insights

Elevate operates as a fully integrated partner for its clients, adding insight, expertise, and in-market marquee asset sales activity to accelerate and enhance revenue in collaboration with the client’s leadership, partnership teams and wider stakeholder landscape (e.g. marketing and brand, hospitality, technology, community, venue operations, etc.)

Elevate is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our Strategy and Insights team within the International Partnerships department. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in sports and a proven ability to research and analyse businesses across various industries. We value curiosity and seek someone who can methodically channel their efforts to deliver actionable insights that drive success across sponsorship sales projects.

The role requires creativity in aligning brands with sports properties and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through both written and verbal formats. The candidate will also play a key role in sourcing, managing, and leveraging data to build value for rights holders and venues. A flair for crafting innovative materials and creating compelling sales narratives to support our objectives is essential

This is a hybrid role, based in our London office.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prioritise prospective partners across sport and entertainment, developing a clear, evidence-based view of which brands to approach and why
  • Research brands’ business priorities, recent developments, geographic presence, marketing activity and sponsorship history, including available evidence of spend, to assess their suitability for specific partnership opportunities
  • Build an understanding of each assigned property’s audiences, markets, assets and commercial proposition, ensuring brand recommendations reflect the opportunity
  • Produce and maintain detailed brand lists, applying the existing research and scoring framework to organise findings, assess prospects and make clear recommendations for the project and sales teams
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning by recommending priority categories, brands and the sequencing of outreach, combining responses to project briefs with proactive identification of opportunities
  • Analyse Salesforce activity and outcomes to understand patterns in prospect engagement and refine research, scoring and targeting for subsequent waves of outreach
  • Work with the EPIC platform team and internal colleagues to identify opportunities for AI and automation, helping translate research needs into practical requirements, test outputs and develop a scalable prospecting capability
  • Produce concise industry, category and sponsorship reports for internal teams, explaining relevant developments and their implications for prospecting and partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with the US Partnerships Insights team to share research, trends and methods, drawing on collective knowledge and reducing duplication of work
  • Maintain clear sources and supporting evidence for research, flagging estimates or gaps and contributing to the team’s review and auditing process
  • Provide research and data inputs for client and project reporting, working with Strategy and Solutions colleagues to support accurate and timely delivery
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with relevant data providers, making effective use of their services, resolving queries and coordinating renewals with internal colleagues
  • Manage research priorities across assigned projects, communicating progress and deadlines and contributing ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of the existing process

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
