The Team

A&M's People, Reward and Performance (PRP) Practice is a specialist HR and reward consultancy, partnering with organisations across a broad range of industries to solve complex business and people challenges. We work at the intersection of business strategy, organisation, performance, reward and talent, developing strategic and practical solutions aligned to our clients' business goals and underpinned by robust data and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising our clients on people and workforce challenges, supporting them in developing and implementing solutions that attract, retain, motivate and engage their people. The role requires a strong understanding of reward and compensation, combined with the ability to analyse market trends and data and translate these into practical, commercially focused advice aligned with our clients' business objectives. Wider responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with clients to understand, diagnose and define their people and workforce reward challenges
  • Developing people and reward strategies that align people investment with clients' business, talent and performance objectives
  • Leveraging your analytical skills to interrogate varied data sources to identify trends, issues and opportunities
  • Designing reward structures, including pay frameworks and short- and long-term incentive arrangements
  • Conducting market benchmarking, remuneration analysis and modelling to support strategic reward decisions
  • Translating analysis into clear insights and practical recommendations that support client decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within reward, ideally gained in a consulting or similarly client-facing environment, with experience across a range of reward areas
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of delivering high quality written materials and clear, confident verbal advice
  • The confidence and credibility to work directly with clients and take ownership of defined areas of delivery
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands within a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
