Manager, Portfolio Campaigns
We’re looking for a Manager, Portfolio Campaigns to take ownership of our seasonal commercial campaigns across Europe, based at our global HQ in Windsor.
Sitting within our Campaign Marketing team, this role leads our calendar of B2C campaigns from end to end – promoting our hotels and broad portfolio of brands across Europe through commercially focused messaging.
What you'll do
- With support from our Senior Manager and Campaign Executive, you'll help translate commercial priorities into campaign briefs, then work closely with our in-house Paid Media, Owned Media and Creative Services teams to bring them to life.
- You’ll manage timelines that often shift, juggle competing priorities, and keep your stakeholders close and well informed throughout.
- You’ll also lead competitor and insights work for the team, helping ensure what we learn from the market shapes how we plan future campaigns.
What you'll bring
- You’ll have experience managing marketing campaigns from end to end, ideally with a commercial focus. You’ll be comfortable working in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and clear processes.
- You're someone who takes ownership of their work and can keep things moving without too much input from your manager. You’re a confident communicator and are comfortable working to process. You’re happy in a fast-moving environment and find it easy to adapt when timelines shift.
- Travel or hospitality is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in strong transferable experience from agency, retail or elsewhere.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
